Setup and Configure Multi Layer Server

I am looking for a systems-server administration expert. You must be experienced and have a flexible open schedule to work. Must work in my house and help me achieve my goals.
I can see myself having a Cloud Fair (CDN), then Cache Server, maybe HA, maybe Load Ba-lancer, Security software and server tightening, and other software setup desired by me.
1.) Advise and Recommend specific server setups. I will talk to you a bit about my goals. We can create the best plan for a server setup.
2.) You will install desire software on those systems on (VPS or Dedi) such as Digital Ocean. The software can include cache server, apache or nginx, security stuff and more.,
3.) You will configure all the desired software, servers, cache, etc.
I will interview and select the best candidate according to my preferences. Must have a background experience in Linux, System Administration, Digital Ocean, Server Setups with layers, etc.
