Train Yard Level for Block Style FPS game

In need of a modeller/level designer who can deliver a beautiful, well conceived 3D level for use in a First Person Shooter game targeting mobile platforms being created in Unity. The aesthetic of the game will be a blocky, 8-bit style similar to the popular game Minecraft. Lots of room for creativity here. Looking for someone with enthusiasm and vision!
Modeler requirements:
- Conceive of and design a fps level optimized for multiplayer play.
- Understand implications of each decision made as it relates to performance on a mobile device.
- Ensure geometry count is within reasonable limits, use as few materials as possible, reuse prefabs, etc.
- Communicate often throughout design and implementation phases delivering examples along the way.
- Deliver final level in a unity scene as part of a .unityPackage file with all colliders for the level included.
