I need some 3D modelling of the following:

5 levels building with an elevator in the middle, each level a big balcony where i need a jacuzzi to be shown, from left to right to the elevators i need 1-1 apartments each side, fairly big, this is a concept for now.

the building shall be then repetead 6 times exactly, devedid by roads and also trees people and cars... it shall be on the hills (10 meters above sea level, and sea shall be also shown on one side.

you may have further question do not hesitate, does not have to be so detailed and realistic it is only a concept...
