3d Sign with proper specifications for production

I'm creating a business sign and would like it converted to a 3d model with full measurements and proper scaling, so that I can commission production for the sign. I have designed the business sign in Adobe illustrator, however it does not have proper measurements other than a general idea that it is 6.8ftL by 2ft W by 6.3ft H. I can't provide anymore information than these approximate measurements, and the color pantone codes.
I need a creative and technical person who can be able to model the sign in 3D and compute professional measurements for the curves, lettering, edges etc. This model and measurements will be used to send the sign into production.
Attached is an image of the sign- The tagline "Live In Colour" will be in 3d letterings, this 3d lettering needs to be included in the 3d model along with measurements.
I'm hoping that someone will be able to creatively and cognitively estimate what should be the proper measurements based on the the overall size of the sign 6.8ftL by 2ft W by 6.3ft H.
