3d Modelling (basic) from aerial photography and site plan

I am a freelance architectural illustrator who needs some help in finishing a job, as I have taken on a bit too much work, and running short on time.
The job consists of modelling some existing buildings from aerial photography (quite high res, with various angles). They do not need to be too detailed, just fairly basic construction, I can send samples of a couple I have done so far,
There is roughly about 30 buildings of varying sizes, and should take roughly an hour or so each.
3DS Max is preferable, as I can supply procedural maps to match, but would consider Sketchup files
The pictures are the model I have done so far, with grey blocks showing the buildings needed to be done, a couple of models I have done (will not be shown close up) and a sample of the aerial photo and buildings. I am open to going higher than the £250 and can also send models I have done for windows and textures.
I should also say, I only need the models, no rendering needed.
I use 3DS Max 2012 so needs to be compatible with this

There are no architects plans and elevations to work from, so you will have to model the buildings from the aerial photos..
Proportions and spacing of windows are important, but there will be some estimating and guessing
