3D Studio Max Images of Houses for Publication

I have an existing 3DS file and some existing 3D images of a housing development.
I need more images constructed, both internal and external. They need to be of high quality for publication and for use in the sale process
The existing 3DS file has the whole development project in it. I need 3D's of the 2 houses on the left. (files names magil-outside3 and magil-outside4)
We already have images of the first house (magil-outside1/2) and some internal renders of the first house (magil-inside1/2) - these can be used as a guide and example of style etc
It is houses 2 and 3 as described above that I need very appealing external and internal images. We do not find the 2 external images attached of these house appealing enough for sale / publication. We also require internal images
Once the job is accepted, I can provide the 3DS file / more information.
