Are you familiar with Umbraco? I need to add a language option to a small site.

A client with a UK website will start trading in China so he needs to add a language option to translate his Umbraco website to Chinese, all text will be provided.
The website consists of 4 header pages and 14 total sub header pages with a menu at the top and side.
It is a very simple website.
Only applications with the word "Umbraco" in at the beginning of application will be considered. So that I know that you understand me.
