Edit 2.5min video in Final Cut X

I have a video [[url removed, login to view]] that my friend made for me. Unfortunately he did it in Final Cut 7 and I have Final Cut X. And I want to make some changes (add text & pictures in the begining). So I would like you to do the following
1. Recreate the video as a new Final Cut X project
2. Add/Change certain text screens according to my spec
3. To be clear - there will be no video editing as such to do. Only recreate project in Final Cut X / Motion with fadeouts, text & all the parts of my video. Only changes will be made by adding a few (3-4) text & graphics (i will give you JPGs file) screens in the begining.
We will have to work using a shared Dropbox folder - I will place the required files there and you will put your work there.
