ebay API / zen cart multi channel Developer needed

Hi am looking for a developer / programmer that can create me website / script a bit like Autiva.com. I want the site to be a multi channel script that lets customers manage stock, list items, edit items etc.. across multiple channels, ebay, and websites created using zen cart.

I will want to add other channels to this at a later date like amazon, [url removed, login to view], magento etc... but for now ebay and the ability to link it to websites created with zen cart will do to start with.

this will be a on going job and will like to work with the developer in the future to add more option and features. so there will be lots more paid work to follow for the developer. I have lots of ideas and things i want the site to do in the future.

I need to have the ability to set up and edit different payment plans, offering different services, templates, web space etc...within my own admin area.

I need to be able to add members manual, and members can sign up with instant access.

The site needs to accept paypal and recurring payments using paypal. accounts must automatically close if the subscriptions are canceled or payment not received.

I need the ability to assign templates i create to different payment plans and also be able to assign templates to individual members.

there should be special html tags used for templates so the info is dragged from the stock management database. one for item title, one for description and ones for each image, example description tag [{PRODUCT_DESCRIPTION}]

in basic terms the site should work like this. the customer adds products to the stock inventory section, they add the product description, title, images, stock etc.... then all this is stored on a database online.

They then select to create a new listing, they select the product to list from the stock / product inventory, they select to list it on ebay or website, or both. when listing on ebay they select a previous saved ebay listing or create a new one, its then listed online. if an item sells then the stock inventory updates and it updates it on ebay and the website, so they can never over sell.

the customer can create ebay templates that are used when listing on ebay, they select all the info like ebay site to list on, shipping cost, terms, select a template design etc... then any listing created using this template all link together and have the ability of bulk revisions. so if a section of the template is edited all active listings using that ebay template are updated.

so product info is dragged from the stock / product inventory and the listing / design info is dragged from the saved templates. (if you dont understand what i mean please ask)

the website should communicate using ebays API and with the zen cart website to change and update stock etc...

So the developer must know how ebays API and eBay Tokens work, so my customers can list direct on ebay from my site and so that my site can communicate with ebay to update stock, buck revise etc...

They must also know how the ecom software zen cart works so a customers website can link to there ebay account controlling stock, description, images etc.

I can create a test website zen cart installation and send over login info if needed and i have a ebays developers account already set up.

In summary I would like a site that my customers can login to and list on ebay and there zen cart website with full automatic stock management so both ebay and there websites stock are linked. I also want them to be able to bulk revise items. I need to be able to set up different payment plans and have them linked to paypal. the site should communicate with ebays API and paypals API and also zen cart.
