Oscommerce Product Attributes Addon

I am looking at getting an addon installed on my oscommerce website, I have got the theme installed but need some addons putting on it.
1. In the admin panel where the product attributes are I need another text area adding so I can add some text (QK7.8UJ-E) which will show on the cart and also on customer invoices (see image)
2. Products Attributes need a sort order box putting in (see image)
This is a small job hence the small fee.

The text area needs to show on the invoice and email which is sent to the customer, the sort order only needs to be shown on the drop downlist for the products
