SMS from your customers that customers are now sending through various providers with various quality (direct, non-direct, with and without reports etc.) will then be sent to WhatsApp App accounts as a chat message.
In other words: users will not get a normal SMS but a Chat text message in their WhatsApp client application (iPhone, iPad, PC client, WhatsApp for Web etc.)
We need someone to use open source resources:
- to build SMSC center server with SMPP 3.3 or 3.4 protocol to accept jobs from SMSC clients
- connect to a database server like mySQL or MS SQL
