Wordpress Multisite Cloning Issue, Contact Forms and Fields DO NOT Clone

I have a wordpress multisite install. I have created a master site that I want to use as a master copy to clone many sites from. The issue is I have tried two plugins and each one clones the master site incompletely:
1. NS Cloner - the issue when using this plugin is that my appointment booking plugin "Bookly" does not clone correctly and does not work properly on the cloned site.
2. MultiSite Clone Duplicator - when using this plugin "Bookly" clones properly but now my contact form and lead management plugins dont't.
I need someone who can give me the name of a multisite cloning plugin or option to get my site that will fully work OR develop a workaround and tell me the steps to clone in the future.
