Convert wordpress plugin to drupal 7.32 compatible plugin

I have a Wordpress 2.9 compatible plugin that was custom built for me a handful of years ago. Now, I would like it to be compatible with a Drupal 7.32 site(bootstrap theme) that is in production(no traffic yet.) The plugin worked wonderfully as an xml driven, searchable music catalog, but now I prefer the plugin to enable an Admin to upload the MP3 and PDF files, and write the Searchable criteria into the drupal database thru Admin UI.
Drupal authenticated user should be able to Search the Catalog with the existing filters. The results of a Search display a filtered list of Artists/Songs below the Search area. User should be able to play and seek each song with html5 audio, and be able to download two files associated with the song - the mp3, and a pdf file.
