Hey all,
Last programmer had a family emergency and needed to cancel the project.
[login to view URL] has a klone script that we need modified. We use GuruScript Freelancer klone programmed in Smarty PHP
I need the following mods done to it in PHP:
1) ) I need TWO SEPARATE Signup Forms a) Customer Signup For b) Provider Signup Form.
The customer one will be straight forward, the provider one asks q's about services they can offer and we can go into more detail when hired.
2) I want the providers to be paid for their jobs once completed via PayPal, instead of it just paying us
they can also have an option to state a deposit they want before they get started. (Like Milestone payment)
then the rest is paid after the Provider marks the project as completed.
3) Most important mod is A Task system:
Basically right now all you can do is post a 'PROJECT' and providers bid on the project. What im looking for is bidding on TASKS inside of the project. For example:
lets say i need an ebook made for me
ebook creation would be the project
tasks would be:
1. Ebook Graphics
2. Content Writing
3. Sales Page
so depending on a providers expertise, they will be bidding the task(s) inside the project that they can complete. The customer will need an intelligent way of managing the bid of these tasks.
Once ALL tasks have been completed, then the project is then marked as completed as well.
On both customer and provider backend - a tasks menu will have to be placed as a sub menu in Projects so they can manage tasks they are bidding on. I am very flexible as to how this should function, but it needs to be easily managed.
Mod #4) When a customer POSTS a project, they should be able to give it a name and description of the overall project.
THEN.... they should be able to add as many TASKS as they want. The way tasks are determined is by assigning one or more categories. they should be able to add a description, quantity, and budget to each category they add.

I am FULLY open to suggestions for this script, but I need an intelligent PHP coder who is a leader to step up to the plate to provide these.
This will be the first of THREE versions, so whoever does a good job with this, will be hired for the rest.
Winner preference will be selected to those that have worked on such a script before and can provide proof.
