Need a highly expert iOS developer who has previous experience of building API based apps and understand the obvious features of good app like json caching, no-internet fallback, etc.

+ Background Async API refresh
+ Smooth transition between screens
We already have a sophisticated AWS web api server, Screen Designs, and an Android app.
