A website I'm creating requires a navigational 'wheel' feature using a wheel which has 5 segments. The segments reveal more sub-sections on mouse rollover, and allow the user to jump to a page of the website. For example: [login to view URL]

I've created all the assets and started the coding, but I'm a designer rather than a coder so have hit a brick wall with AS3 (it needs to be AS3 so I can export it as HTML5). I need someone to help me complete the job.
