Need a WordPress website using Divi from Elegant Themes. I have the account with Elegant Themes.
This is a commercial construction company. The client has a website and is looking for a redesign. All the content on the old website is current. So it's just converting the existing WP website to Divi and transferring the blog over with a bit of customization. I'm open to layout options for the blog. I have a few to follow. Nothing too extreme. All within what Divi can do.
The following plugins will also need to be used:
(1) Yoast SEO
(2) Google Analytics
(3) Formidable - I have the license and will send you the current files
(4) Email opt-in plugin from Elegant Themes. I have the license and will send you the current files
(5) Responsive Mobile Friendly
(6) Social Media Integration (which is also a part of Elegant Themes)

This is for the design and implementation.
If you want to do a PSD first, that's fine.
A few ideas for design are:

The website will be set up on my server (no exceptions)
Then transferred to the client's server.

I'm looking for someone who pays attention to details and submits work as they would to an end-user. Most of the minor edits to the website, I make myself. So where an end-user might send you dozens of edits that are minor, I do them myself.
