Hi,
I need some modifications made to a website I have.
See attached the required jobs please and below is a brief summary.
Work needs to be completed quickly and in a short time frame please.
My Task Manager Adjustments to web application
Usability fixes
- [Create a Task Page] Group menu drop downs for Broadcast group when creating a task needs improving. Current setup won’t work with 200 to 300 groups. Needs to be bigger / wider – 4 columns and search function added.
- [Assigned Task Page] Assigned task table at bottom needs to include main group and sub group names under group assignment.
- [Cron Job adjustment] Daily Task emails (via a cron job) should be one email for all tasks. Currently cron sends out an email for each task to users e.g. if a user has 30 tasks they get 30 emails need a cron job to combine into one email like layout below:

- [New User Page on Client and User pages] When setting up a new user the says email when it should say Email Address / Username.
- [Assigned Tasks Page] Dashboard bar charts are currently linked to the table below it. They should be separated to use their own data set e.g. they should be fixed and not adjust as you select change filters. The data they are based should be for the last 12 weeks prior to the date the user logs in. They should not be dynamic and change as you filter the table using completed tasks , incomplete tasks, red task, amber task, green tasks and todays tasks. These should just amend the table.
Bugs / Issues fixes
- [Client side Create New User] when setting up a user the system does not encrypted login passwords or task passwords. It works when a user amends their profile. Should be an easy fix by review the code on the user page and then amending on the client page so that in the database both login passwords and Task passwords are encrypted.
- [Landing Page / Login Page] Copyright on landing / login page not correct. Link to Joomla backend please so it can be amended from here.
