Prestashop module text field for creating 3d letters in various materials.

I want a custom made module for Prestashop 1.6.1.10 which is doing the following.

After product selection show a text area where customers can enter the text required. They would need to choose a material, colour and thickness, text height (maybe 5 or 6 options) and the then font out of a list we allow.

Then they would be charged by the quantity of letter they input to the text field, 1 maybe €5.00, 2 €10.00 etc.

Maybe the ability to add extra field for a second, third set of letters etc.

Also to see the price change as they select different options

The entered text and various details must be visible in cart, order details and invoice
