Need to add new field and search with Google API

Hi,
I have wordpress website based on MicroJobEngine theme.
How the site is working:
User can register and upload a delivery post.
What I need:
1. I need new field "city" with Google API so it gives suggestions.
2. This field has to be searchable on the home page. So if I search for "London" it will find the delivery post.
