Web app + iPhone + Android App for a Solar Company

I'm about 2-3 months from opening a solar consultancy company. I 'm in the process of finalizing my marketing budget and I would like to request a ballpark, non-binding quote on an app I would to develop for my company. Here is a list of basic requirements. I would like to start with the simplest possible solution and build on it as we go along.
Project Requirements:
1) 3 separate apps: Web-based, iOS, Android
2) Features of the Web-based app. The primary purpose of the web-based app would be for administrative and internal purposes.
* Appointment Scheduling
* Customer / Prospect Management (store contact info, etc.)
* Very simple CRM for Customer / Prospect management (contact day/time/method/notes; Create pipeline/tags to manage steps in Prospect & Customer relationship cycle eg. Installation Steps for Customers, or Sales status for prospects, each step can have detailed description to display to the customer)
* Export Customer data to CSV files
* Setup and schedule marketing messages to be sent via mass e-mail.
* Setup and schedule automated posts to our Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
* Customer (not prospect) login to display the status of Installation Steps with the description of the current step.
* View available time for consultations via our website (could be an external link from the actual website, will be doing our website in-house), and schedule appointment.
* Automatically send text message reminders about appointments
3) Phone app requirements (same for Android / iOS)
* Create account
* Customers/Prospects can schedule appointment via app
* View installation process
* View SolarisXtreme's contact information
* Send a referral to a friend (text message or email)
