Convert API output to CSV and upload to DropBox

I’m looking to have the API output from 2 applications translated to CSVs and uploaded to a specified folder in DropBox. Ideally this would be done using fully integrated, commercially available solutions such as Zapier, CloudConvert etc.
The API document links and required file details are in the attached document.
Upon your recommendation, I will review and subscribe to the appropriate solutions and provide all required credentials including the IP/URL for API access.
After taking bid and discussing the requirements with some candidates, I have updated the requirements. They are:
Develop a WordPress based application to perform the following, automatically, at scheduled intervals:
• Extract the API information from 2 web accessible applications.
• Convert the data to CSV files. Currently 16 are required. See the attached document.
• Upload the CSV files to a specified dropbox account
Hosting Environment:
• Linux with Apache, PHP with a cPanel interface
• A subdomain has been created for this project
• A MySQL Database may be created if required
Details:
• Wordpress has been installed and you may use any commercially available plugins to facilitate the requirements. If a license is required to be purchased for a desired plugin, I will do so. I have chosen WordPress as I am familiar with it and for user access control.
• You may run the cron jobs using a WordPress plugin or I can configure them through cPanel
• You will be provided FTP access to the subdomain but not root access to the server
