I am looking for an experienced developer to integrate WooCommerce into a Wordpress site built using the Houzez real estate theme.

The Houzez theme has built-in paid membership functionality, but it is not very good. I want that functionality completely replaced by WooCommerce.
It must be set up to support the following:
*** Users should be able to buy different membership packages to post property listings on the site. (Admin needs to be able to set up different packages with different number of listings included for different lengths of time. For example, 1 listing for 30 days, or 5 listings for 90 days, etc. There should also be membership packages for developments containing more than one property, such as an apartment complex with multiple condos for sale.)
*** Users should be able to buy "special features" for their listings. For example, pay to have their listing "Featured" more prominently on the site.
*** Users should be able to upgrade or change their membership package. They should also be able to have more than one membership package at the same time.
*** Users should be able to set-up recurring subscription.
*** Users should get an invoice for each purchase.
Only bid on this project if you have experience integrating WooCommerce into non-WC compatible Wordpress themes (please provide links to sites you have worked on). You will not be considered for this job unless you can explain in your bid how you will do the integration/ customised set-up.
