Help me with Internet Marketing - Boost Ad Revenue By Sending Highest Quality Traffic

We currently run and operate a few websites and we have plans to expand our business. However, before we do so we would like to hire someone who can help us expand by boosting our ad revenue.
Most of our websites earn it's revenue from ads, and we are currently running our ads on CPM (Cost Per Millie).
The types of websites that we are currently running are search engines, PTC sites and also Bitcoin Faucet sites.
The job will entice the successful candidate to market one of our website to start off with. As you know we get paid for every 1,000 people who goes onto our site. The earnings also depends on how good quality the traffic is. The point of having the highest quality traffic is the main reason why we are advertising this job on this site.
The payment is commission based. We will pay 45% of all ad revenue earned from the site that the successful candidate is marketing. Payments are made weekly.
