Google Map API Real Estate Search for Wordpress

We are looking for a developer who can either create a custom Real Estate map search page from scratch using google maps API that can be used with our wordpress site, OR who can use the existing map search functionality of our wordpress site and modify it to accomplish our goals.
This map should look and feel similar to the map search feature of Zillow.com. Ex: [url removed, login to view],[url removed, login to view],33.088377,-111.957894_rect/10_zm/
Features that must be included:
Save Search
Favorite Property
Property results should update as map changes
If zipcode, or city is used in a search, that zip/city should be outlined on the map, and all properties for that outlined area should be shown inside the outlined area.
We do not want any new plugins installed on our wordpress system. The existing system with the property data we have should already be enough to complete this project.
Our system also does not use cpanel. If you are awarded the project, you will not be given access to our entire system. SFTP access is given through ssh keys. If you don't know what that is, or how to generate an ssh key, please do not respond. If you need database access for any reason you will be assigned a username/password for phpmyadmin. Your own username/password will also be given for wordpress admin.
