Need a wordpress platform site with IOS and Android apps. Must have big experience in their domain. Must have experience in complex logic. The website and apps use very complex logic, not just a simple. Expect the Forums to be as complex as Reddit or CNN. the music app similar to pandora. must be able to play videos inside, and have a build in browser. must be able to send notifications and user based communications. must utilize user location because many things in the app use location to locate things. must have sophisticated location logic. please see PDF before you bid.
MUST BE A COMPANY OF MORE THAN 3 PEOPLE WITH GOOD UI/UX person. There are heavy animations and interations in the main menu of the app and illustrations and explainations when app launches. Must have elegent designs.
