Send individual shipping costs to cart in multivendor woo website

We have a multi-vendor website (using Woo and WC Vendors) and I need someone to take a look to fix the following:
1 - When a customer adds multiple items to the cart, the cart isn't showing the shipping for each individual product (each product has a seperate shipping cost).
2 - At checkout the buyer pays one amount to PayPal (to cover the cost of all products and shipping in the cart).
3 - Once payment is complete PayPal should send the full amount of each item and it's shipping to the correct vendors PayPal account (which is setup it the vendor dashboard). So for example if there are two products from two different vendors ... each vendor will receive the amount for their product and shipping)
4 - Test that email order notifications are going to vendors
5 - I just need a new header image added to the email receipt.
