Small edits to a custom AJAX wordpress plugin

We had a custom AJAX plugin built for wordpress. It is a google map that shows where service is offered by our company. There is a form that pops up that they input their information to inquire about service from our company. We have one neighborhood that will not have options to add a service that all other areas can add. So, for this form only, I need to be able to turn off the option to select that service. Also, I need to be able to select a custom color for each map overlay on the google map as well as add a custom message for the neighboorhood. There is an XML file where I put in the coordinated for hte map overlay, This is where I would like to be able to add the custom message and overlay color. I need this done within 24 hours.
