I would like a cross-browser masked time input component in React with ES6 syntax that works similarly to the native time input in Chrome with support for "HH:mm:ss" and "hh:mm:ss A" formats. I would like it similar to the time input on [url removed, login to view] in Chrome. This time input though is based on the HTML 5 time format input, which is implemented differently in different browsers and appears to not be supported in Firefox. At a minimum, I would like the input mask, but if the spinner can be added in the input, that would be a plus. For the "hh:mm:ss A" format, typing "A" for AM or "P" for PM and using the spinner to switch between the selections would be a plus.
