Create Chrome Extension That Saves URL Redirects + HTML + Screenshots End DOM

I need an extension that will be used to audit URLs. It will work as follows:
> open popup/new tab with selected user agent (in background if possible)
> visit and audit each url in queue
>>store all redirects and redirect types - must also follow javascript redirects
>>store HTML found at each redirect level (before JS excution on redirects + after javascript execution on final URL)
>>screenshot page (after JS execution) and upload to [login to view URL] URL with secret ley which will return id on success
>> detect error if user closes window before any of the above processes complete
>close window
> send data back to API, for each url, in correct format
Before you apply, confirm you are able to access end DOM (after all javascript is done loading) and can take a screenshot of a tab/window/popup while it's offscreen or running in the Background from within the Chrome Extension. First milestone will be to show the screenshot feature working.
