CSS and Minor Design Changes on PHP Website

We have some work that needs to be done on our website, it is minor work, please see the list below, we will give the website URL to suitable candidates.
1. Amend CSS on home page, to change some colours and font sizes
2. Remove blank white space above footer.
3. Add Smartlook code into mobile footer
4. Change Add to Cart button on Mobile/Tablet site
5. Change font colour on restaurant list page
These are the first few tasks in the beginning, but we do have some more advanced tasks, and require someone with knowledge of PHP and PostgreSQL.
Please only bid if you are have extensive knowledge, and good design skills. We cannot guide you in each and every step and are looking for someone who has independence and responsibility to get the task done.
