Make a video - EAT A HOT CHILLI

Shoot a short video of yourself eating super-hot chilli powder!

Getting ready:

1. Download my app (iOS or Android),

2. Print out the PDF I will send you

3. Mix super hot chilli powder with sesame seeds (or anything) and put in a shot glass

4. Get some milk / ice-cream at hand for the recovery

Steps:

1. Open my app,

2. Type in your unique code

3. Start shooting video,

4. Read first page of printout on video,

5. SLAM DOWN THE SHOT GLASS OF CHILLI

6. Read the second page of the video

7. Film the recovery too :)
