Update Facebook API from 2.3 to 2.9

I have an API which posts TEXT updates to a Facebook page.
But I am using API v2.3 and it has stopped working.
Please update the API to 2.9 and ensure my website posts to Facebook.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You need to rebuild the API from scratch, it must obtain the tokens using oAuth (facebook's recommended method) as the script I have attached uses a static token entered into another php file, and it keeps expiring. Make sure the API lasts a long time without intervention and make sure it's the latest API version. Do some research to find the best method to post text to a Business page.
You will also need to create a sample php script to test the API before I deploy it. Ensure that test posts only post on the m1 site and NOT my personal site (which the current test php script does (normal script posts to the m1 site)).

BEFORE APPLYING, please note, I have IP blocking so you will need to activate it on a remote desktop connection with my computer. So prepare everything on your end first then arrange access onto my computer for testing and troubleshooting.
[login to view URL] - This file is called by the main script, the main script sends the "text" which is to be posted to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] then posts the text on Facebook.
[login to view URL] - This was used to test the API without running the main script. For some reason this file actually posts on my PERSONAL page and not the m1 page. So ensure this test file posts on the m1 page instead.
