Create a geometric pattern video/animation

I require a 10 second video to be created in a similar style shown in the attachment. The video should be seamlessly looping or as close to seamless as possible so that it can continue to repeat itself without looking like it starts over. This image has been created by our in house team so the video style should be matched as closely as possible. They will need to be provided in .mov format.
I need one for a Facebook cover video, one for the main banner on our website (dimensions will be provided) and one for a Facebook status photo, most likely around 700px by 700px. These can all be the same animation, just at different proportions.
The geometric shapes should be slowly moving around the bottom 60% of the video while the top 40% of the video will be left free for us to include text into it.
Once again, these are just base colours and the geometric lines should be matched as closely as possible to the image above (which are gradient colours).

To be a clear as possible, this is just an example of how the shapes will move, all style decisions should be based around the original image. I can provide the winning applicant with all the appropriate colours values that need to be used.
I have a tight deadline of the 29th of June to have these animations completed by, so the turnaround will need to be quite quick. Please feel free to ask any questions.
