I am in need of a T&C Document making up for my Computer Business I am setting up.
The ideal document would state mostly about In-House Repair Cover, of what it will cover and won't cover. It needs to obey to the United Kingdom Laws as that is where the main market is.
The kind of service I want to provide is so that the Business doesn't lose a ton of money, yet willing to spent minor amounts of money to get the Computer back up to it's QA standards. However, even with the cover (Which is a lump sum of money to cover the client for a certain amount of years) will need to pay for anything which is majorly expensive, but not the full cost of the repair. (They must pay around 60% of the cost)
This whole document must be flawless and easy to to transfer into company policies as well.
More information about what they will be paying, it will be in the range of £120 for 1 year & £200 for 2 years and lastly £450 for 5 years.
Optional:
If the document can be presented in a good Design as well, so we can hand out to the client, I am willing to add a little more to the cost for Design.
