I run the pro shop at a small country club. We process 400-500 personal orders per year for the members of the club. I am looking to develop software to help manage this process. Ideally the software would allow us to keep track of the orders and most importantly, send customized emails to the members when the order is placed, when it arrives and when it is billed to their member account. It would also notify us after a given time period if an order hasn't arrived. More detailed functions could be added later, but a simple process that sends reliable notifications would be preferable at this time.
