Finish off incomplete android app and put on android market

We had a programmer who couldn't complete the final part of our project as he found it too difficult and then disappeared. Been unable to contact him and have $100 left in our account for the final phase. The final part was to create a sub game for a times tables mathematics app. The main part is all fully functioning, but an extra two-player game was needed aswell. The previous programmer couldn't work out how to have a split screen where two players could face each other and race to tap the correct answer; he struggled to create two identical views from each end of the phone (one half of the screen therefore being upsidedown).
I will send a word doc detailing the specifics of the game and also the incomplete app on sign up for this project.
