443333 Joomla Slicing and Programming from Photoshop Files

We need a unique Joomla template created from provided photoshop files.
The template will consist of 2 styles:
1. The homepage & Shopping Cart
The Homepage, along with the About, FAQ, CONTACT US, etc use the same theme. For an example of this theme, please see the attachment.
THE SHOPPING CART:
Please find attached a copy of what the shopping cart template will look like. (Note: the shopping cart that is being used is VirtueMart). If you are familiar with VirtueMart, then please specify in your bid as the VirtueMart templates/themes will need to be completely custom.
2. The Blog
The blog has a similar look but DOES NOT contain the same header, menu etc.
OTHER NOTES:
All links must be 100% functional. Also, all text, images and graphics MUST much the PSD files provided in the following browsers: SAFARI, FIREFOX, IE and CHROME. If it doesn't match on my end, it isnt going to pass.
We are looking for only the BEST with this project. So if you do not have vast Joomla and VirtueMart experience, PLEASE DO NOT BID!!!
Again, only 100% accuracy will be accepted for this project.
