Compass Rose Media is looking for an ambitious, talented html5/css3 developer. You must know all the latest developments in scripts, techniques, and compliance issues with all of the major browsers. Flash and ActionScript experience definitely a plus.

You are:
• NOT located OVERSEAS. If this is the case, your work will not be considered. Ideally, you're located in the California Bay Area.
• Dedicated at seeing projects through to completion.
• Open-minded and willing to work with a team.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for following design.
• Obsessed with learning the latest tricks, tips and techniques using html5, jquery, java and css3.
• An expert at knowing and understanding cross browser issues.
• Expert at responsive design.
• Able to take PSD files and transform them into create pixel perfect layouts
• Able to convert Flash animation to optimized html5 animation.
• Must be fluent in html, css, html5, java, and jquery. Knowledge of php is a bonus.
It is common for us to get a website project wherein the site must be viewable on IE 8 and up, Chrome, Firefox, and mobile devices, and to all look and function as identically as possible. We need your help in developing these sites to maintain their interactivity, animation, and user experience on multiple browsers.
