We want to create an e-business website that will integrate all the service providers of 5 service sector globally per country and per city. At the start the website will have service offering for just 1 sector, two country and 5 cities in all across the world.

Apart from basic enterprise such as home page, about us, contact us, site map, etc.. the site should have following features:
1. Between 50-70 we pages would be need to be designed.
2. Professional interface like eBay, amazon
3. Dynamic website
4. Country of web page access should automatically be recognized with the option to override it.
5. According the currency symbol should change.
6. Service Booking page based on calendar and place, similar to Airlines. And all available service providers should be listed along with their review , price and distance from buyer'(user's) location.
7. Cancellation/Refund based on number of days as per the business policy
8. Service provider's Profile similar to face book, with 20 photo upload feature.
9. Registered service buyer's detail
10. Video streaming link and interface.
11. Paypal or similar Payment gateway integration
12. Currency conversion tool/feed integration
13. SMS gateway integration
14. Elaborative Search
15. Service Review and Rating
16. Notification thorough email, SMS with each of the communication message stored.
17. Number of Concurrent Users 500
18. User and privilege management interface
19. Buying/selling history of transaction of user(buyer) and service provider
20. Advertisement management interface
21. Calendar integration for service providers, so that a service provider can see what has been booked on whichever day.
Although I have a preference to use ASP .NET, AJAX and SQL Server database, yet I am open to the technology, tools to be used. Rest of the project details can be provided on demand, however not full.
The whole project needs to be done in agile fashion and after each major tested delivery the payment would be done for that phase.
I estimate the project to be delivered in between 4-6 months.
