A website based on the CMS TYPO3.
Attached you find an image of the frontpage of the site. The whole site should look like that. To the left in red is the navigation, this should be easily changable in TYPO 3. It must be possible to place a link in the navigation so that the content either opens in the "content place" if it is on our own server or in a new browser window if it is on another server. Also the image of the red car below the navigation has to be changable. The content is where you see kind of a blog on the picture, all along the scroll bar.
TYPO3 should be installed with the German language pack and for every task like editing the navigation (internal links and external links), changing the picture below it, adding a new entry to the "blog" on the frontpage, etc. a short description should be provided which can be in English or German and Word, HTML or PDF format.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
