Using Drupal 7 - Coder will develop a construction site with a job board, and company directory that allows paid subscriptions.
Directory and Job board will be high quality similar to [url removed, login to view] where users can enter their resumes and apply online.
Presentation wise, the look to be similar to the quality of this drupal based job board - [url removed, login to view]
Development is split into 2 phases
1st phase - Do job? board? and? company? directory functionality and allow time for employer to fine-tune fields and looks. Inlcudes payment method and also integration with mediawiki login using integration plugin ? wikiauth?
2nd phase - Will be issued to coder if phase 1 is satisfactory.
Coder also to quote best hourly rate. CODER MUST WRITE BRIEFLY ON HOW THEY INTEND IMPLEMENT THE DIRECTORY AND JOB BOARD - WHETHER THEY INTEND TO USE ANY MODULES AND WHICH ONES. Failure to specify the above will void the coder. We will also be working on the site on other areas and finetuning. I think this is fine as we are mainly using the admin panel on the staging server. Co-ordination via our redmine project management tool will be required for better co-ordination.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
