A Language Site

- Please read details before bidding.

- Front page of website should be very simple and inviting. This page will describe to the user what the website is about and will invite to sign up or sign in. Will also have logo on. Basically it should be beautiful, simple "how the service works." page.

- Website will have several categories.

- A user needs to be able to create an account. The user should be able to say, I'm a native english speaker and I'm learning Chinese ( or spanish, french etc)

- A page where a user can submit a sentence or small paragraph and asked for it to be translated. There needs to be a character limit for this

- A page where a user can ask or answer a questions about a specific language. Essentially, it’s a place where people can go and asks questions about a specific language. Other users will login and then answer the question. The best questions get voted on. The best answers get voted on. the users points build up. Here is an example of what I would like it to be like [url removed, login to view] That's a free plugin.

- A page that resemblers a blog. This is a multilingual blog. The same article will be posted in multiple languages. I would like to be able to post each article in multiple languages side by side at the same time. For Example

Spanish English

2. Muy bien, gracias. 2. Very Well Thank you

I want the user to be able to click to hide / enable each language if they choose to.

I want to be able to upload an audio recording of the article so the user can listen or download it.

I need The ability to upload video or link to youtube.

a page where someone can submit translations. For example, when the first user request a translation (see first point), another user should be able to see the request, and submit a translation. The quality of their translation will be vote up or down.

I need the ability to notify users that a translation is pending. For example, if you want to know about all request to translate something from English to chinese, I want to be able to tell you that.
