Simple Backend for Mobile APP

I need a backend for my mobile app. Just for your info, my mobile app will allow login via Facebook login, and will retrieve and use data coming from facebook, but those data are fetched at the server level.

The architecture of the backend must be based on Node.js .

The backend must expose a list of services (REST API) and implement the business logic of the application.

For this project, I AM NOT ASKING FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BUSINESS LOGIC, but I am asking to have the services exposed providing dummy data (NO IMPLENTATION BEHIND THE SERVICE!)

The only implementation I expect is the service that retrieves the info from a facebook profile and store them as JSON objects in files. I am expect that this operation is performed by the backend using the authentication token coming from the client (facebook login).
