Worpress Pay Subscription And User Level Customisation

I am looking for someone who are a wordpress expert

i have a wordpress website, the website in this moment its accesible for everyone, i want to make some restrictions, and create a premium section only accessible by registered users who make a payment

the changes i want to make are this,

1, i want to create diferent user levels,

- Visitor user: the visitor user can see only 3 post, then his ip get banned for 24 hours, and cant make comments

- Registered User: the registered user can see 6 post, then his ip get banned for 24 hours, can make coments and can upload his avatar picture

- Premium User: a premium user is the registered user who pays to get full acess to the site

2, the system to make the registered user into premium users

- For this i want to use [url removed, login to view] , i need u to integrate that payment system into my site, the system works in this way

the user make a payment by SMS and he recive a code, this code its valid for 30 days, or the user make a payment by credit card, and the user get a code, that code its valid for 30 days, allopass works with API, so the code can be validate by some custom script, u can see some info of how allopass works in his website, i think its not difficult to understain if u are a programer, also there are some customs plugins for wordpress

3, i need to secure this code allopass give to the user,

my ideas are this

- The code is introduce by the user in the user control panel, and becames block for other user, so others user that try to use this code will get an error msg, so no duplicate code

-the premium user that login multiple times from differents ips, he get banned

4, i need a way to manage my users, i mean, organize users by, premium or not premium, send bulk mail, etc

5, also i want the user knows his status,

- i want a msg shows in the main page and\or in the user panel control if a user is a visitor, registered, or premium

***will be a plus if u can install and customize bbpress into the blog with the users features***
