Minor Website Changes

I have created a new company website - [login to view URL] I have built this site based on a standard purchased HTML template (not Joomla, Wordpress, etc) and just need a few changes/fixes carrying out before it goes live. I think all changes are relatively easy and straightforward for someone who knows what they are doing, but I just don't want to spend anymore time trying to work out how to do them.
Ideally this project needs to be carried out fairly quickly.
What is required is as follows:
1. [login to view URL]!/retail_comparison
On this page I just need the content pane to have the same vertical scroll bar used in the rest of the site so all of the page content is viewable.
2. [login to view URL]!/privacy
As above.
3. For some reason, the template I used had all pages of the site contained and referenced within the main [login to view URL] file. I carried on using this to build the site, but would now like the [login to view URL] file separating so there are individual html files for each page (22 pages). Obviously this needs to be done with the corresponding layout, javascript, CSS links etc all working ok.
4. [login to view URL]!/contact
The contact form is not working correctly and I cannot figure out why. Hosting is on 1&1 so capabilities for processing the form should be fine.
5. On the footer of the layout, I need a text link creating that looks the same as the privacy link but is aligned to the right of the page, on the same horizontal line as the privacy link. Link should read 'VMS Login' and direct to [login to view URL] However, this should only show on the home page - [login to view URL]!/home and not throughout the rest of the site.
6. [login to view URL]!/retail_comparison
On this page and also each of the individual pages for the valet options and specialist services (another 10 pages), I need them to be more printer-friendly and not print out with the main page background etc, because this is a large dark image. The appearance of the pages shouldn't be changed, just a suitable CSS printing file creating.
