I would like a website similar to the : [login to view URL] where people have the options to purchase lottery tickets online.
On average i want to look almost similar let's say 80%-90% with the website mentioned above, on the difference I would like to have the options of purchasing a minimum amount of thickets, here is a sample below : [login to view URL]
Also I would like to have an internal system where I can search all the numbers played/unplayed..
And for the shopping cart customers to be able to customize their method of payment such as visa, amex, MasterCard and so on.
- website will be used to play ONLY one single lottery
- No API is required
Back end
Manage play, Collect data for played/unplayed numbers with in time frame, enable or disable play with in time frame,
Check registered user list and profile report area, How many users played and the numbers they have selected including date,
While the lottery numbers are drawn play to be restricted within time frame. after each game all numbers to be reset.

You need a minimum 5 blocks played options to be able to move forward to shopping cart (View link above).
Design Layout:
Similar to [login to view URL] same design just different colors be able to change background, links, logo, colors.
Would prefer to be a responsive design but not mandatory.
No preference in code framework, but something simple to use such as of CI or some type of of PHP.
