LibGDX Java Touch Screen Ball-Angle and Power hit on release

Project: Combine Power and Direction from the main screen, say within a radius. Example, the screen is pressed in the radius circle, a certain amount of direction trails are projected forward in the current angle. The Closer to the ball; the less power, and further away from the ball; the more power.

The current red-line for ball hit angle and power bar percentage on the control panel can be used/left as it is for now; to show players current angle (for testing) and power percentage.

When the player lets go (releases press) of the screen, then the ball is hit; again; you can use/call current routines already in place for this.

So in short; the mini project is to create a method/routine that handles the touch screen angle and power control by the finger (or mouse on Desktop version), and then when released; current values are used for the hit of the ball.
