Wordpress Plugin - Similar to Mailchimp Plugins

We need a Wordpress Plugin that works similarly to Mailchimp Plugins. The only difference being that it needs to integrate with our custom Email Marketing Solution called Everlytic through our API's.
What is needed:
Displaying Previous Campaigns
Our campaign archive feature should generate a list of links to campaigns that was created by a specific account. This plugin should have the ability to give the client’s subscribers a visual representation of the client’s recent campaigns so they immediately have a feel for what they’ll see in their inbox if they subscribe.
The plugin should dynamically add images of campaigns and give the viewers the ability to click specific images to view those campaigns in full.
List Subscribe Forms
Give clients the ability to add Subscription forms to their websites (posts, pages, widgets, etc.) The most popular option is to add the form as a widget in a sidebar, but the user should not be limited to this. The plugin should offer shortcodes, which can be embedded in the body of a post, or directly within the site’s theme as a PHP snippet. Furthermore, the form must be responsive.
While it does include some basic styling options for customizing the design, advanced design would require editing the CSS of the theme itself. This plugin limits users to a single list in the connected account.
Wordpress Users Import
Should allow clients to simply login and then select which list they want to:

Also have the ability to choose whether the client wants to opt them in automatically or send verification email for both the new users and import features.
Please note that our system is fully PHP and MySQL based.
You would need be be an experienced developer in these areas as well as have experience with APIs. The API has two end points available: REST, and XML-RPC
