PHP and MySQL expert WANTED! long term, big projects, start working immediatelly

Hello,
We have a lot of projects developed with php. And now we want to improve them. So php and MySQL expert is wanted. We are looking for long term relations only. No part time programmers! No teams! You will have to work for us a least 8 hours per day. This project is for testing, if you success, we will hire you for long term relations.
For testing you will have to do these tasks for invoicing project:
1. move Show "10" entries at the bottom of the table on each page
2. "Search" input move to the left on each page
3. New column on [login to view URL] for "invoice next month" and put checkbox in it.
4. We would like to change buttons structure. We mean that we would like to keep just "Save" button on create-invoice.php. And when user press "Save" then others buttons appears on a page like "Download pdf", "open pdf" and "send invoice" buttons. But page should not be refreshed.
5. Search in database functionality. When user enters few letters into input form and press "find company" then system should find company and add results into inputs.
6. Now emails is sending with pdf invoice, we would like that system will send emails with pdf and with a random link, when receiver press it, it should see invoice on a webpage.
7. Qr code generation on invoice. We would like to generate qr code on each invoice with all the data and then print it on a pdf. I know that it will be big, but it will be ok.
8. Export to xml. Choose period of time and then export all invoices to a xml.
If you cannot do this 100% please do not bid. We will not accept part or 99% task. We a working seriously and accept only 100% finished tasks. When bidding, please write "invoice" in front of you proposal, we would like to know that you even read this project post. Freelancer should be able start work immediately.
